Here’s two ways to look at how I’m serving with The Navigators. I have my national service and my local. The first picture is on my national work on the Executive Team of Disciplemakers for Life (D4L) mission in the Navs. The role is leadership of the five ministries within D4L. Seventy percent of my time is working with the leaders of these ministries and ensuring our training, onboarding and supervision is enhancing our staff and the disciplemakers we serve.
My local and personal ministry has been rich. They are so many good things my discipleship groups going through the 1&2 Samuel, John and now the Psalms. I am meeting the leaders of the student ministry, the Young Life Area Director, two pastors from Stow, AND my family. Where I’ve seen God move too is with our local staff. We now just added our 28th staff in northeast Ohio! As of this month we now have seven different Nav ministries serving together here. This October 4th we will be holding our first NE Ohio conference. It has been a good group effort. I am intrigued how the Lord will work.
